FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (F.A.Q.)


Will you tell us about your company?

We are Americans residing full time in Italy.  The company is American owned and operating in the province of Siena, Tuscany.  We have been in the business since the year 2000 attending to all travel arrangements for couples, larger groups and ceremonies.  Any references will gladly be provided upon request.


How do you operate?

If you would kindly provide us with a number and convenient time to call, we will telephone you to better understand your requirements and wishes. Thereafter, we will follow with and refine one proposal after another. 

We will attend to any and all of your travel plans throughout Italy: accommodations, museum reservations, licensed guides, public or private transfers, etc.


How do you charge?

We will sometimes, but rarely, request a fee in creating a proposal and itinerary.  Otherwise, we will provide a series of proposals until a relative itinerary is established.  At that time, we will provide detailed costs.
